Danger danger
There is a beach in Evanston, which you have to pay to use, the entrance to which has a sign which states:
"Lake Michigan is a Dangerous Body of water."
It goes on to say:
"Swimming in Lake Michigan is dangerous and may result in death or severe injury."
Hardly a friendly advertising policy, is it?

Could be that the country is overly litigious. My hairdryer came with instructions not to use it in the shower!
